Lifetime Movie Trailer for “The Lost Girls”

MEADOW VISTA, Ca., March 25, 2022: Executive Producer Robert Craig of his new film company Robert Craig Films, in association with Artists For Change, announces today that “The Lost Girls” will premiere on the Lifetime Channel Saturday, March 26 at 5:00 pm PST. The film shows the harrowing story of 17-year-old Angie who was befriended by a good looking teen new to her area promising to help her music career and then lured into a sex trafficked ring.

Mr. Craig, one of the Executive Producers of the film, was drawn to it because of its strong message of caution and to bring awareness to parents, children and teens of this growing criminal industry.

“I just can’t believe this type of crime takes place and my heart just reaches out to those that are currently in bondage or have escaped and are trying to heal from the trauma,” stated Craig. “I’m hoping that the release of this film on the Lifetime Channel will help bring more awareness to everyone around the world.”

The director/writer of the film is Hollywood veteran Julia Verdin of She is known for successful films such as “The Merchant Of Venice”, “Stander”, and “2 Jacks”, studded with Academy Award Winning actors as well as producing a host of other great films.

After volunteering at a runaway children’s shelter and meeting many teenage survivors of trafficking, Verdin became emotionally connected to the cause of fighting for justice for them. This drove her passion to produce, direct and write the film in hopes of making a difference.
