Associate Producer

Hailey Warta is an Associate Producer at Robert Craig Films with a background in casting, production, and talent development. She brings over seven years of experience in casting and more than a decade of work across film, television, and live production, with a focus on performance-driven storytelling and large-scale production coordination.

Warta first joined Robert Craig Films in 2022 and played a key role in the development and production of the feature film No Address. She led local casting for the project, overseeing the selection of more than 100 principal actors and over 300 background performers. Her work included developing detailed character breakdowns, managing casting operations, and coordinating talent to align with the film’s creative direction.

In addition to casting, she contributed to location scouting and wardrobe, supporting cross-functional production needs from pre-production through principal photography. Prior to her work with Robert Craig Films, Warta began her casting career in New York City with House Casting before joining Forcier Casting, where she worked under Casting Director Sally Forcier.

Her credits include Fairyland, produced by Sofia Coppola, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2023. She also worked on the faith-based feature DREAM, directed by Ben Pauling and produced by the team behind The Chronicles of Narnia, Everest, and Godzilla

Warta’s early career was rooted in theatre through her work with Adventist and Rideout Health’s Healthy Kids program, a Northern California touring company focused on youth education through live performance. Over a seven-year period, she advanced from sound technician to actor and assistant director, contributing to productions that reached schools and communities throughout the region.

In addition to her casting and production work, Warta has experience across multiple on-set roles, including production assistant, wardrobe assistant, script supervisor, and location scout. She has also spent five years coaching actors and developing emerging talent throughout Northern California and Los Angeles.

Warta is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy Conservatory Program, where she studied acting for film and television. Her work is shaped by a deep sense of calling to produce high-quality, faith-based films that stand out in both excellence and impact. She is committed to storytelling that not only meets the highest creative standards but also reflects the strength of her faith, with the goal of creating films that illuminate truth, inspire hope, and point audiences toward something greater.
